Organic food for your own well being, and that of the planet

There is a breaking point beyond which you cannot cut open Mother Nature, wound her endlessly and expect her to give you a bounty of riches in return. Modern farming techniques pollute the air, water, land and even food chains with the excessive and adamant use of pesticides and chemicals which give short-term gains, but have long term negative consequences.

This is exactly why organic farming and the popularity of organic food has risen in the past few years with the industry today having one of the fastest growth rates in global food market.

While its detractors say that organic foods mean less yield and we cannot afford it in a world full of hungry souls, it also means less wastage of energy, money and resources.

The fact that organic food production is in sync with nature’s design allows you to increase the fertility of the land over a period of time. There is absolutely no doubt after conclusive study that organic food tastes a whole lot better than food produced using synthetic supplements, is a lot more healthy and has no harmful chemicals. And that’s why those like Abel & Cole Organic Food in the UK and other leading companies in the US are offering farmer support guidance and suggesting new techniques for those who take up organic farming.

The simple fact remains that production of organic food is viable as an economic, environmental and health option and this leaves no doubt that this field will continue to grow in the future as we can ill-afford to destroy the planet any further.

Go for organic products, you’ll see the difference.
