Shooting the zits: Effective use of acne products to solve some teenage anguish
Acne— the one dreaded word that every teen fears to hear, seems to be the irony of life springs on your beautiful and charming face just before the night of high school prom. You are left cursing your own fate and frantically trying to deal with the problem that stares you through the mirror.
The problem of acne has multiple reasons and the large chunk of the responsibility for the alarming zits lies with those hormones which start kicking up and down your bloodstream the moment you step into your teens. As you undergo transformation, there are many ways you can tackle this universal problem.
Good diet, healthy habits, avoiding stuff that includes plenty of fat, oily dishes and even staying away from an intake of harmful drugs and substances (in case you are tempted to try any) will help a long way in purifying the body from the inside. But there are products that will clear your skin of this problem from the exterior and will help you recapture the glow that your face used to exude. But for this, try relying on products that have a good reputation, are medically approved by your dermatologist and use more than just one ‘magic portion’ to cure all woes.
Since teens are so repelled by this problem, they often are tempted to just go for that one wonder pill or cream that promises to cure everything by daybreak. But it is a more extensive treatment program that uses a series of acne products that include acne cleanser, moisturizer, clarifying lotion and a revitalizing cream that will give you the complete effect. Check for contents on the product and see if you find names such as Aloe Vera and a combination of active Anti-bacterials, Antioxidants, Anti-inflammatory agents and Exfoliants. Salicylic Acid and Retinol are also used regularly to treat acne as they sensitive skin responds well to these chemicals.
One can get a series of such acne products and an acne cleanser, along with a complete set of moisturizer, clarifying lotion and Renewing Exfoliate, with makers like LexLi.
However remember that it’s not just removing the acne that is important, but to ensure that no marks are left behind and that they do not reappear by keeping your skin healthy. In other words, go for the compete treatment and always contact your doctor before you use anything.

I totally agree with a holistic approach to treating acne. I also believe that while in some instances strong acne medications may be necessary I thing natural acne treatments are better in the long run.
